Health Insurance Trust

Established in 1994, the ANDA self-funded health trust provides health insurance to employees and their dependents at member companies. Approximately 900 employees and dependents at 80 companies are currently enrolled.

The trust has been successful in holding health insurance rates below normal market levels β€” a tangible financial benefit for member companies and their employees.

This program is one of the most powerful member benefits ANDA offers, helping smaller grain elevators and agribusinesses provide competitive employee benefits they might not otherwise afford.
